For many years, I programmed and updated the legacy Design Turnpike website all by myself. It was a tedious process, but one that I enjoyed, and enabled me to utilize coding and web design skills I'd perfected in previous career stops.
However, in the past several years, keeping up with usability, accessibility, and making the website appropriately responsive to a broad range of computers, browsers, phones and tablets became more than I could handle.
Also, making the checkout process smooth for customers was something I'd been personally unable to do. So, I made the choice to move platforms over to the new website, powered by Shopify, that you are viewing now.
